Change Nameservers to Education Host cloud nameservers - Name.com

After purchasing our hosting account, you will receive a Welcome email from us which contains our "Name Servers" and you need to update your domain name server to our "Name Servers" before it will work. 

If your domain is registered on Name.com, you should follow this tutorial to update the Name Server of your Domain to our Name Server.

If you need to set up SSL from Name.com then you will need to set up the SSL up before changing the nameservers. Alternatively, you can use our free Lets Encrypt SSL (once the nameservers have resolved).

Login to your name.com account and tick your domain

Click on Edit nameservers

Enter the education host nameservers. These are:

• ns1.educationhost.cloud
• ns2.educationhost.cloud

Click Update Nameservers

This can take between 24 and 48 hours for the DNS to propagate throughout the world.

You can use a tool like the one below to check if this is completed:

https://dnschecker.org/#NS/yourdomain.com

Once this has propagated then you will see the default Education Host cloud page.
